Made-to-order and custom products are produced to the specification confirmed in your quotation or order. Lead-times are estimates and may change because of production, material availability, freight or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Orders, pricing and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, delivery, installation and other charges are shown or confirmed before purchase. We may correct pricing or product information errors and may cancel or refuse an order where information is materially incorrect.

Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery timing, access requirements, returns and warranty are governed by the Shipping, Refund & Warranty Information page and any written terms supplied with your quotation. Please inspect furniture promptly after delivery and contact us if anything is damaged or inconsistent with the confirmed order.
